摘　　要：为了更加有效地应对突发事件,提升突发事件处置能力,山东电力集团公司建设了应急指挥中心。应急指挥中心采用了弹性分组环(RPR)通信传输技术,以集团公司本部应急指挥中心为核心,连接了18个供电单位应急指挥系统,解决了各类实时信息接入、内外网隔离及网络安全问题,实现了视频会议系统、电网EMS数据、变电站监控视频、地市电视新闻等信息的高效可靠传输。To more efficiently deal with emergencies and improve the capacity of emergency disposals, Shandong Electric Power Group Corporation carries out the construction of emergency command centers. The center uses RPR communication transmission technology, takes company headquarter emergency command center as the core, interconnects with eighteen power supply companies’ emergency command system. The center solves the issues of all kinds of real-time information accesses, internal and external network isolation and network security, and achieves the aims of efficient and reliable transmission for video conferencing systems, grid EMS data, substation monitoring videos, television news and other information.
