摘　　要：伴随内蒙古电力公司数据中心及ERP企业级业务应用的建设,目前内蒙古电力公司需要管理和维护的设备数量越来越多,设备种类也日益繁多,复杂的系统架构及软硬件资源的共享给日常的管理维护增加了难度,使得系统故障的发现时间、定位时间和消缺时间都较长。文章主要通过将决策支持和专家知识库应用于原有综合监控管理平台,建立了基于可用性、响应度、健康度的三维分析法,通过三维度、立体分析挖掘方式实现现有监控系统应用的深化,为公司信息专业运维人员提供有力的技术手段,辅助专业人员更好地做好运行维护工作,不断培养和提高公司自身人员的运维能力和水平。Along with the construction of the data center of Inner Mongolia electric power company and ERP enterprise-class business application, the equipments that need management and maintenance are more and more at present, and also are the types of equipment. The complex system structure and the sharing of software and hardware resource increase the difficulty of daily management and maintenance, and it also prolongs the finding time, positioning time and eliminating time of the system fault. In this paper, decision support and expert knowledge database are applied to the original comprehensive monitoring management platform. The three-dimensional analysis is established based on availability, responsibility, health degree. The three-dimensional analysis mining means is used to realize deepening application of the existing monitoring system. It provides a powerful technology method for information professional operation and maintenance personnel, and helps professional personnel to make better operation and maintenance work. It constantly cultivates and improves the ability and level of the operation and maintenance personnel.
