配网智能化统一数据采集与集中监控平台的设计

摘　　要：针对电网数据采集的发展现状,提出了配网智能化统一数据采集与集中监控平台建设的目标,详细介绍了平台的构架、功能模块、平台特点。通过在国家电网公司渭南蒲城电力局的农网智能化应用试点,证明其平台的使用提高了数据采集的效率,实现了数据资源共享,表现出了广阔的应用前景。Based on the development status of power grid data collection, this paper puts forward to construction goal of unified data capture and centralized monitoring platform for distribution network intelligentize, introduces in detail the framework of the platform, function module, platform feature, the application for rural electric network in Pucheng electric company shows that the platform improves the efficiency of data capture, achieves the sharing of data resource, then its developmental prospect is promising.
