摘　　要：文章对企业信息化管理工作进行了相关阐述,提出了全员信息化的概念,对信息部门和业务部门的职责进行界定,并详细描述了信息部门如何通过企业门户的建设来提升信息化建设水平。从企业门户之数据集成和统一用户2个方面阐述了如何以门户为抓手做好信息化建设工作。This paper describes related works involved in the enterprises informationization construction, puts forward a concept of all employees informationization to recognize the responsibilities of the information department and the business one, and then depicts how the information department improves the informationization construction level by the enterprise portal construction. At last, from two aspects of data integration and unified user management of the enterprise portal, how to strengthen the informationization construction is described in detail.
