摘　　要：科学合理的城镇保障型住房政策是实现小康社会的重要举措。本文在分析国内外城镇保障型住房政策的发展历程和基本理论研究的基础上,结合我国城镇保障型住房政策实施过程中的实际效果,指出我国城镇保障型住房政策中存在的问题,并提出相应对策,以求改进和完善我国的住房保障政策。Scientific and reasonable urban housing security system is an important measure to realize well-off society.Based on the analysis of the relevant concepts and theories about the urban housing security policies at home and abroad,combined with China＇s housing security policy implementation process the actual results,the paper points out the problems of China＇s housing security policy,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improved and perfect the housing security policies.
