摘　　要：工业化、城市化进程中,伴随土地征用规模扩大,失地农民日渐增多。失地农民利益保障存在着机制不全、养老负担重、社会就业难等问题,需要通过建立合理的征地补偿、完善社会保障制度和健全就业扶持机制来完善失地农民利益保障机制。本文以江西省吉安市为例,探索构建与完善失地农民利益保障机制的途径。In the process of industrialization and urbanization,the scale of expropriation of land extends.More famers lost their land.The guarantee mechanism for land-lost farmers is facing problems,such as the burden of proving for the aged,and difficult employment.In order to construct the guarantee mechanism for land-lost farmers,it is necessary to establish reseasonable land expropriation compensation,imprpve the social security system and employment support system.This paper aims to provide means of constructing and improving guarantee mechanism for land-lost farmers.
