摘 要:电力通信网是电力系统专网,其承载的电力通信业务与公网有很大差异,电力通信业务对保障电力系统生产、运行起着重要作用,业务的不同安排方式会对电力系统安全稳定运行带来不同的风险,因此,控制和减小电力网承载业务的风险,合理分配业务路径成为电力通信部门重要的任务。文章提出了一种基于业务重要度的电力通信业务路由分配算法(IBSR)。该算法根据业务对电力系统的影响赋予不同的权值,在进行业务路由分配时,基于主次目标量度进行路由决策,在综合考虑业务路由可靠性的基础上,依据不同重要度的业务在网络中的分布情况,为业务选择最优路由,从而使全网业务分布均匀,降低重要业务过多集中于少数路径而增大运行风险。IBSR在现有业务路由优化和新业务方式安排等方面具有广阔的应用前景。As a private network of power systems, power communication network carries power communication businesses differing from that of common network. Power communication businesses play a critical role in power system production and operation, and business assignment modes impose different risk on safe and stable operation of power systems. This paper proposes a power communication business routing assignment algorithm based on the business importance. The algorithm assigns weight to each business, and makes routing decision according to the primary or secondary objective measurement. Further, taking into the reliability of routing account, the algorithm chooses the optimal routing according to the distribution situation of businesses with different importance in order to make businesses evenly distributed and reduce the risk of businesses gathering at the few routing paths. The algorithm has a broad applied prospects in optimizing the existing business routing and assigning new businesses.
