摘　　要：为解决电力企业信息化过程中出现的硬件资源利用率低等一系列问题,文章将云计算技术引入,设计并实现了云资源管理系统,对系统的功能目标、总体架构和关键技术进行了讨论,并对系统在电力企业中的实际应用案例和带来的效益进行了介绍和分析。目前,云资源管理系统已经在电力企业灾备中心和信息系统硬件资源池项目中进行实际应用,取得了良好的应用效果,为电力企业数据灾备和基础设施整合管理提供了有力的IT支撑。To solve the issue of low hardware resource usage ratio in the process of power enterprise informatization, this paper introduces the cloud computing technology, designs and implements a cloud resource management system. Its function objectives, architecture and key technologies are discussed, and real applications of the system to power enterprises are described and analyzed. Currently, the cloud resource management system has been successfully applied to the disaster recovery data center project and the information system hardware resource pool project and achieves good practical effect. It is helpful for power enterprises to provide a powerful IT support for data recovery and infrastructure integrated management.
