摘　　要：文章概述了电源模块测试系统的组成和功能，并对系统的设计进行了简要的介绍，包括程控交流源、程控直流源、电子负载、双路测试盒以及系统的软件设计，分析了系统设计过程中的几个难点，最后说明了系统的特点。本文对用自动化的测试手段进行电源模块的指标测试具有很好的参考和实用价值。This paper summarizes the composition and functions of the smart index-testing system for power sup- ply module, and describes its design briefly, including programmed control AC power supply, programmed con- trol DC power supply, electronic load, double - channel testing box and the software design. It has analyzed several difficult issues in system designing, before introducing the characteristics of the system in the end. This paper gives good reference and practical value for the automatic measurement of index of power supply module.
