摘　　要：县域电力通信网是推进农网智能化建设,保障电网生产、运行、管理和供电服务的重要基础。文章主要分析当前河南县域电力通信网络存在的突出问题,总结和归纳了当前光纤传输网络的建设原则和技术要求,着力解决影响和制约农网自动化、用电信息采集等智能化、管理信息化应用的通信问题,提高河南农网的安全经济运行水平和企业经营管理水平。Country power communication network is an important basis to promote rural power grid intelligent, and ensure regular power grid production, operation, management and power supply service. This paper analyzes the existing outstanding problems in Henan county power communication network, reviews and summarizes construction principles and technical requirements of the optical fiber transmission network, focuses on removing the impact and constraints from communication in order to make rural power grid automation, electric energy data acquisition intelligent and management informatization. Further, it is helpful to improve the sate and economic operation level of Henan rural power grid and enterprise operation and management level.
