骆秉章对湘军的贡献

摘　　要：骆秉章抚湘十年,正是湘军与太平军激烈对抗的十年。骆秉章对湘军的建立、成长、发展,都作出了重要贡献,对湘军的调遣、作战,也作出了巨大的功劳。同时,骆秉章发现、重用左宗棠等湖南人,对"湘军人才群"的形成起了积极的促进作用。Luo Bing-zhang （1793-1866） was the governor who worked ten years in Hunan. In this period just the Xiang Army fighting the Taiping Uprising army. Luo Bingzhang made important contribution to the recruitment, growth and advancement of the Xiang Army. He built great merit to the establishment growing strong and detachment and strong fighting of the Xiang Army. At the same time Luo Bingzhang played the active and promotion role of application of Hunan talent group such as Zuo Zongtang and so on.
