高校资料室为教学科研服务的现实路径探索

摘　　要：高校图书馆在产学研中扮演着重要角色,时代进步与知识变迁对其功能发掘与新服务方式探索提出了更高要求。高校资料室应探寻以系统科学为指导,以"知识管理"理论为理论基石,以"知识管理"理论与实际相结合为策略、方法和手段,把资料室日常工作与教学、科研、培养人才结合起来,在教育教学改革中逐步改善资料室的生态环境。College Libraries play an important role in production, study and scientific research. With the progress of time and increase of knowledge people have a higher demand on the service of college li- braries. Based on system science,knowledge management and combination of theory and practice,ref- erence rooms in institutions of higher learning should combine daily work of reference rooms with teaching,research and trainigand gradually improve the ecological environment of reference rooms in the educational and pedagogical reform.
