水文化主题公园的休闲理念与规划思路——以中国水博园为例

摘　　要：水文化主题公园规划设计理念与水文化休闲特征密切相关。该类园区的发展,需要在政府的规范管理下,与当地历史文化、区域文化乃至行业文化等因素相结合,在特色上做文章。坐落于钱塘江南岸的中国水博园,是以人水和谐为主题的大型综合性水文化园区。借助地缘水文化和休闲文化背景,其开发、建设、管理和服务,在很大程度上符合现代社会注重休闲娱乐、获取个性体验、提高生活品质的需要,不仅具有重要社会文化价值,同时也带来经济、生态等综合效益。The design idea and the plan of the water culture theme park are closely related with the leisure characteristics of water culture. The development of this kind of parks needs the combination with various elements such as local historical culture, regional culture, and even profession culture un- der the standardized administration of the government and then focuses on building their unique styles. The Water Park of China, located in the south bank of the Qiantang River, is a large comprehensive water culture park with the theme of ＂harmony between water and humans＂. With regional water culture and the background of leisure culture, its development, construction, management and service, to a great extent, meet the needs of focusing on leisure and entertainment, getting individual experience and im- proving the quality of life in modern society. It not only has important social and cultural values but also has comprehensive benefits both economically and ecologically.
