农业科技创新与农业技术推广多元化发展路径的探讨——以青岛市为例

摘　　要：通过查阅资料和实地调研,对现代农业发展背景下的农业技术推广现状进行了认真的研究。阐述了现代农业发展战略任务中农业技术推广工作所占有的重要地位,分析了农业技术术推广的基层体系建设与科技创新等方面存在的问题。从拓宽服务领域、平衡公益性与市场化、发挥行业协会作用、基地带动型模式以及科技立项的针对性等多个方面提出了农业技术推广的发展途径。This paper has made a careful research about current situation of agricultural technology extension in the context of modem agriculture development through reading literature and materials and making a field research. It has not only illustrated how important agricultural technological extension is in the strategic task of the development of modern agriculture but also analysed problems in grassroots system construction and science and technology inno- vation during the process of agricultural technological extension. In addition, this paper also put forward routes to ag- ricuhural technology extension from many different aspects such as expanding the service areas, balancing public welfare and marketization, developing the role that industry associations play, creating base-led mode as well as per- tinence of science and technology projects.
