摘　　要：本文着眼于青岛农业大学推进校院二级管理改革的需要,将校院二级管理与目标管理理念紧密结合,对校院二级管理模式的内涵进行了理论阐述。在对青岛农业大学校院二级管理改革的基础和需要解决的问题进行充分调研和分析的基础上,提出了深化校院二级管理改革的政策建议。Focused on the needs to advance two level management reform by university and college and closely com- bining two level management and objective management, this paper theoretically discussed the content of the two level management mode of Qingdao Agricultural University. Based on the previous achievements that have accom- plished in Qingdao Agricultural University as well as the full research and analysis of problems that need to be solved, this paper put forward policy suggestions to deepen two level management reform by university and college.
