肛门括约肌间瘘管结扎术治疗复杂性肛瘘的疗效观察与评价

摘　　要：目的探讨肛门括约肌间瘘管结扎术在治疗复杂性肛瘘中的临床疗效。方法对2010年5月至2011年1月收治的39例经括约肌及括约肌上肛瘘患者行括约肌间瘘管结扎术的临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果 39例患者中37例治愈,治愈率为94.9%,9个月内复发2例(5.1%),术后住院7～10d,伤口完全愈合时间15～20d。结论肛门括约肌间瘘管结扎术在治疗复杂性肛瘘中手术简单,符合微创手术的理念。Objective To investigate the effect of ligation of the intersphincteric fistula tract for treating complex anal fistulae. Methods The clinical data of 39 patients with suprasphincteric and intersphincteric anal fistulae treated from May 2010 to January 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 39 patients, 37 （94.9%） were cured, and 2 （5.1%） had recurrence of the disease within 9 months. The recurrence was seen in the patients who have a higher number of branches. All the 39 patients had no anal dysfunction. Postoperative hospital stay was 7 - 10 days, and the operative wound completely healed within 15 -20 days. Conclusions Ligation of the intersphincteric fistula tract is advantageous in treating complex anal fistulae,. It is simple and less traumatic, especially without appearance of anal dysfunction.
