摘　　要：新余钢铁公司第一炼钢厂板坯连铸机轴承油气涡流集中润滑技术是在国内连铸机上首次应用。该系统全自动控制,能精确控制轴承所需润滑剂量,达到理想的润滑效果,解决了原干油润滑存在的润滑难题。该项目投资省,耗油量少,润滑性能可靠,年耗油量减少90％以上,年节省各种费用及所产生的经济效益超过157万元。该技术在高温、高速、高负荷、多点润滑的大型设备上推广,将具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。The oil-gas centralized lubrication technology has been used domestically in the bearing of slab CC at No. 1 Steelworks of Xinyu Iron & Steel Co. for the first time in our country. The system is full-automatically controlled. It can control accurately the quantity of the demanded lubricant for bearing and achive the required lubricating effect. It has solved the difficult problems with using grease. The project has lower investment cost and oil consumption as well as the reliable performance. The oil consumption has been decreased by more than 90% ,so over 1.57 million yuan can be saved at the works every year. The technology has a good future on being used for the large equipments with high temperature, high speed, heavy load and multispot lubrication. Its economic and social effects will be inestimable.
