摘　　要：根据超高功率电炉特点 ,研制三种新型氧枪并应用于南京钢铁集团公司 70tUHP -EAF上 ,解决了冷点废钢难熔问题 ,加速废钢熔化和化学反应速度 ,冶炼电耗和电极消耗大幅降低 ,冶炼周期缩短 ,生产率提高。Acccording to the characteristics of UHP-EAF,three kinds of new lances are developed and applied to 70t UHP-EAF in Nanjing Iron & steel Corp., Ltd. As a result, it makes scraps melting easier in cold point, speeds up scraps melting and chemical reaction. Consequently, both power and electrode consumptions are reduced greatly, tap to tap time is shortened and productivity is increased.
