摘　　要：工程机械维修管理技术水平的高低,不仅影响维修企业自身的生存与发展,还会制约工程机械工业健康快速地发展。本文分析了工程机械维修与管理的现状,提出了维修管理的应对策略,指出维修管理的规范化流程。这些策略的使用以及流程的规范化的运用必将提高维修质量和降低维修成本,提高企业经济效益和社会效益。The technical level of maintenance managementof engineering machinery not only affects the survival and development of the maintenance company,but also restricts the healthy and rapid development of engineering machinery industry.This paper analyzes the status of maintenance and management of engineering machinery,proposes the coping strategies,and points out the standardization process of maintenance and management.Using these strategies and applying standardized processes will improve the quality of maintenance and reduce maintenance costs,and improve enterprises＇ economic and social benefits.
