摘　　要：通过对参与工程项目的投标人在投标决策时应考虑的因素进行分析,文章建立了评价各影响因素的指标体系和基于模糊综合评价的模型,并结合实例分析证实了此方法在施工企业进行投标决策中的可行性。By analyzing the factors considered by bidders in project bidding decision-making,the article establishes an assessment index system with many influence factors and the model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and confirms the feasibility in bidding decision-making for the construction enterprise by combining with case studies.
