摘　　要：为适应信息化条件下部队建设需求,初级指挥院校人才培养方案需要作出相应调整。本文探讨了学员军事素质基础的构成要素、打牢学员军事素质基础的重要意义、加强学员军事素质基础培养的思路和途径,对新型初级指挥人才培养,具有一定的指导作用和参考价值。The personnel cultivating model of junior commanding academy should be changed to meet the needs of the troops development under the condition of informatization. This article discussed the elements of cadets＇ military quality foundation, the significance of strengthening cadetsj military quality foundation, the thought and approach of enhancing cadets＇ military quality foundation cultivating, which has the certain function of guidance and reference for new-type junior commanding personnel cultivating.
