摘　　要：创新是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,要实现创新型国家的战略,必须培养出大量的一线创新人才。本文从高校现有学生管理模式的弊端着手,以项目管理的理念,主要从学生管理的角度,从管理理念创新、管理工作模式创新等方面进行阐述,探索当前创新性人才培养的有效模式和途径。Innovation is the inexhaustible driving force for a thriving country.To achieve strategies for an innovation-oriented country,we must cultivate a large amount of creative talent.This article explains the disadvantages of existing student management mode in colleges and universities with project management ideas from the perspective of student management,innovation of management concepts,management models and other aspects,and explores effective mode and approaches of current innovative talents training.
