摘 要:【目的】构建基于有效积温(GDD)的辣椒茎枝形态发生模拟模型,为辣椒功能—结构模型的构建提供理论依据。【方法】在田间试验基础之上,系统分析了温度对辣椒主茎及分枝形态发生的影响,并量化了温度与主茎高度、直径和分枝长度形态的关系,构建了基于GDD和Logistic方程的辣椒主茎高度、直径和分枝长度形态发生的动态模型。【结果】辣椒主茎高度、直径和分枝长度的增长过程符合S型曲线;采用独立的试验资料检验模型,主茎高度、直径和分枝长度的模拟值与观察值之间的均方根差(RMSE)分别为2.854、0.060、3.220cm。【结论】模拟值与观察值之间的RMSE值均较小,说明模拟结果具有较好的精确度,所构建的辣椒主茎和分枝形态模型为辣椒功能—结构模型的开发奠定了理论基础。[Objective]Based on growing degree days(GDD),morphologic simulation model for the stems and branches of pepper were constructed in order to provide theoretical references for pepper function-structure modeling.[Method] Field trial was conducted to systematically analyze the effect of temperature on the development of main stem and branch morphogenesis in pepper;the related connections between temperature and morphogenesis of main stem's height,diameter,and branch length were measured;moreover,morphological dynamic simulation model for the main stem length,diameter,and branch length of pepper was built on the basis of GDD and Logistic equation.[Result]The growth curve for the main stem's height,diameter,and branch length resembled an S-shaped curve.Root-mean-square error(RMSE) between the simulated and observed values of height,diameter,and branch length of main stem were 2.854 cm,0.060 cm,and 3.220 cm,respectively,shown by validations from the model using independent data sets.[Conclusion]The RMSE analysis results indicated that the model was accurately built and beneficial for future development of pepper function-structure model.
