摘　　要：非盈利性医疗机构作为社会公益事业的一部份,不但要结合自身工作特点有效开展助残扶残工作,将学科建设发展融入其中,为残疾人事业贡献力量,获得社会与经济效益双丰收,更要体现出医疗机构做好残疾人管理工作的价值。Nonprofit medical institutions as a part of the social public welfare,not only should develop the activity of helping and supporting the disabled according to its own characteristics,and bring the discipline construction development into it,contributing to the disabled service,access to social and economic benefit double harvest,but also show the value of medical institutions on disabled persons management.
