摘　　要：本文结合厦工 ＺＬ８０Ｂ装载机变速器的设计过程，讨论了行星齿轮变速器的设计计算，文中具体阐述了行星齿轮变速器的结构参数分析、各挡传动比的计算、各构件的转矩、制动力矩和闭锁力矩计算，以及各档的传动效率计算。本文对于履带车辆、工程机械的行星齿轮变速器的设计计算具有一定参考价值。In association with design process of the transmission on Xia Gong ZL80B loader, the design and calculation of the planetary transmission is discussed in this article. The analysis of structural parameters, the calculation of speed ratio of each gear, the torque on the components, braking torque and blocking torque, and drive efficiency at each gear of the planetary transmission are described. The article is valuable as reference to the design and calculation of planetary transmission on construction machines.
