摘  要:巯基壳聚糖是利用巯基对壳聚糖改性的产物,由于其溶解性得到提高,同时被赋予了更加优异的理化性质,使巯基壳聚糖成为壳聚糖化学改性的热门领域之一。对已有的将巯基壳聚糖用于絮凝剂的研究进行总结,分析巯基壳聚糖的理化性质及吸附机理,为获得吸附性能更好的高分子絮凝剂———巯基壳聚糖提供理论依据。与已有的治理农业环境中水体和土壤中重金属离子方法对比,展望巯基壳聚糖在农业环境治理方面的优势和价值。Sulfhydryl chitosan, a modified product of chitosan with thiol, has become one of the most popular areas of chemical modifica- tion for chitosan because of its improved solubility and because there are more excellent physical and chemical properties than chitosan. This article reviews the previous research on suLfhydryl chitosan used as flocculant and makes analysis on the physicochemical properties of sul/hydryl chitosan and adsorption mechanism in a bid to provide theoretical basis for getting better modification method and adsorp- tion performance. By contrast with the heavy metal ion methods in the management of agricultural environment water and soil, the author makes analysis on the advantage and value of sulfhydryl chitosan in agricultural environmental management.
