摘  要:以团队构建、知识共享理论为理论支撑,运用词频分析、描述性统计、Ucinet 6.0统计软件,对2006年至今耐克公司运动鞋专利研发的合作网络结构进行剖析。结果认为:耐克公司在运动鞋专利研发中合作率、合作度较高,培养了一批核心研发成员,合作网络符合"核心+外围成员"的技术创新团队的网络结构特征;团队中核心成员的个体中心性较高,对稳定团队结构和研发中现有技术的充分挖掘、整合起着重要的作用;个体中介性较高成员的"桥梁"作用,使合作小团体间不同技术和研究成果的扩散传播更为便捷,避免了重复研究带来的损失;合理的网络结构特征对耐克公司在运动鞋专利研发中内部知识共享及与外界的交流合作创造了有利的条件。通过耐克运动鞋专利技术创新团队网络结构的借鉴,对缓解我国企业运动鞋专利研发技术同质性过高、提高运动鞋专利研发的技术含量有着现实意义。As the theory support of team building and knowledge sharing, using word frequenc}, analysis, descriptive statistics and the statistics software of Ucinet 6, this paper analyzes Nike sports shoes patent R^D cooperation network structure since 2 0 0 6. The result shows that: Ni- ke, Inc. has higher cooperation rate and degree of cooperation in sports shoes patent R&D, training a group of core members, cooperation network structure meet " core and peripheral members characteristics of team's technical innovation. The core members in the team has a higher degree of individual center, to stabilize the team structure , development of existing tech- nology and fully tap the integration plays an important role in. Individual intermediary higher members as a " bridge", make the cooperation between small groups of different technologies and research achievements in diffusion is more convenient, prevent a repeat of losses. Internal knowledge sharing on sports shoes of reasonable network structure, external exchanges and co- operation create advantage in Nike, Inc. Through the reference of Nike sports shoes patent R&D cooperation network structure, it has important pratical significance to alleviate sports shoes patent R&D technology high homogeneity, and improve the technological content in our country enterprise.
