摘 要:以中心孔圆盘空气静压止推轴承作为分析对象,研究气膜间隙、节流孔直径、气浮面直径及供气压力4个设计参数对轴承承载特性的影响,并探讨4个设计参数间的耦合关系。分析表明:增大供气压力或增大气浮面积可直接提高刚度,然而减小气膜间隙则需要匹配合适的节流孔直径才能保证刚度提高;供气压力和气浮面直径与其他参数耦合关系较弱,表现为不同的供气压力和气浮面直径下,最优气膜间隙几乎不变,而节流孔径与气膜间隙耦合关系非常明显,不同节流孔径下的最优气膜间隙不同。Taking the aerostatic circular thrust bearing with a central orifice as the research object, the effects of the pa- rameters such as face clearance, orifice diameter, face diameter and supply gas pressure on the bearing load characteristics were analyzed, and the coupling relationships among these parameters were discussed. Analysis results indicate that by increasing the supply gas pressure or face diameter, the bearing stiffness can be increased directly, however, by decreasing the face clearance, the bearing stiffness can be ensured an increase only with a suitable orifice diameter. The optimal face clearances remains relatively constant under different supply gas pressures and face diameters, implying that supply gas pressure and face diameter have a weak coupling relationships with other parameters. In contrast, the coupling relationship between face clearance and orifice diameter is apparent since the optimal face clearances are quite different under different orifice diameters.
