摘 要:在钻井过程中井口发生溢流时,为封堵钻柱与套管间环空内快速上窜的返回泥浆液或者高压油气,需及时关闭闸板防喷器,而闸板防喷器的4大密封,如闸板顶部与壳体的密封、闸板前部与钻杆的密封、壳体与侧门间的密封以及活塞杆与侧门间的密封,需同时起作用才能实现可靠的关井。对闸板防喷器4大密封部位的结构、密封原理和失效形式进行分析,为闸板防喷器密封的优化设计以及现场维修提供了参考。When the overflow occurred during drilling the annular space between drill pipe and casing or high wellhead, in order to bloek the returned slurry liquid upward from pressure oil and gas, the ram blowout preventer is needed to close timely, and its four main seals, the ram top and the shell, the ram front and the drill pipe, the shell and the side door and the piston rod and the side door should work simultaneously to achieve reliable closing well. The structure and sealing principle and failure modes of four main seals of ram blowout preventer were analyzed, which provide an important reference for the optimization design and on-site maintenance of the seal of ram blowout preventer.
