摘　　要：目的:探讨初中生欺负、受欺负行为与抑郁、自杀意念的关系。方法:采用集体施测的方式,对946名7、8年级中学生进行了欺负、受欺负、抑郁和自杀意念的问卷测量。结果:参与欺负学生(欺负者、受欺负者、欺负-受欺负者)的抑郁和自杀意念水平显著高于未参与学生;其中欺负-受欺负者的抑郁和自杀意念水平最高,并显著高于受欺负者;受欺负者与欺负者的抑郁和自杀意念水平没有显著差异。在抑郁和自杀意念水平上,性别的主效应显著,但性别与欺负/受欺负身份的交互作用不显著。结论:不同欺负/受欺负身份学生的抑郁和自杀意念水平有一定差异,但总的来说,都显著高于未参与学生,应特别重视并合理干预参与欺负学生的抑郁情绪和自杀意念。Objective： This study was to examine the relationship between bullying, victimization and depression, suicidal ideation of middle school students. Methods： 946 middle school students of Grade 7 and 8 from four middle schools completed the questionnaires on bullying, victimization, depression and suicidal ideation. Results： The prevalence of depression and suicidal ideation of students involved in bullying（e.g, bullies, victims and bully-victims） was higher than that of the uninvolved. The bully-victims were at greatest risk for depression and suicidal ideation. Depression and suicidal ideation were equally likely to occur among those bullies and victims. The level of depression and suicidal ideation among girls was higher than that of boys, but the interaction between sex and bully-status failed to reach significance. Conclusion： Although there is some difference between the level of depression and suicidal ideation of bullies .victims and bullyvictims; in general, the adolescents involved in bullying are at an increased risk of depression and suicidal ideation.
