摘 要:目的:考察三调松静练习对心理应激反应的调节效用。方法:20名成人被试被随机分入实验组与控制组,所有被试均经历基线静息、应激事件首次回顾、行为应对、应激事件再次回顾、恢复静息五个测试期,其中在行为应对期,实验组采取三调松静操作策略,控制组采取注意转移策略。全程以生理指标与情绪自评反映情绪变化,以自评量表记录思维沉浸与担忧的程度。结果:相比注意转移,三调松静练习可以在更大程度上缓解负性情绪所致生理紧张与失衡状态,并在减低思维沉浸与担忧的意识活动强度上的功效显著高于注意转移的应对方式。结论:三调松静练习是一项有助个体在应激情境下保持生理、心理整体稳定的心身锻炼技能。Objective: To explore the effect of a relaxation exercise skills we developed by adjusting breath-body-mind simultaneously on people's psychological stress response. Methods-There were 20 people participated in the study. In this study, recalling a negative life event were used to evoke emotion. Before recalling, the participants were asked to rest for 5 minutes. After recalling, ten of the participants, as an experimental group, were asked to adjust their breath, body and mind according to the designed process which they had learned before. The rest, as a control group, were asked to transfer their attention by doing a memory task. When they finished the above operation, all participants were asked to re- call the event once again, and then, rest for 5 minutes again. Two physiological indexes were recorded from beginning to end: GSR(Galvanic Skin Response) and ECG(Electrocardiography). A rating for their current mood and thought were also made at the end of each session. Results: Analysis of self-emotion rating and related physiological indexes showed that, ①the experimental group's positive experience is more stable than the control group. ②When the participants used dif- ferent way to deal with the stress response triggered by recalling the stress situation, the GSR level and HR level of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group, yet the LF/HF level was significantly higher than that of the control group. These results indicated that, compared with transferring ones attention to other task, using the designed process, which focused on adjusting one's breath, body and mind simultaneously under the stress situation, had more sustainable effect on improving people's mood state, as well as easing physiological nervous and imbalance caused by negative emotions. Conclusion: This kind of copying strategies, which focused on adjusting one's breath, body and mind simultaneously under the stress situation, has more sustainable effect on improving people�
