摘 要:本文主要解释网络基础设施与制造业出口产品技术含量之间的关系。其实,网络基础设施是一种具有降低企业运营成本和提升出口产品技术含量的物质资本,它对出口产品技术含量升级有着可以在理论和实证两方面得到关联于现实的论证。基于不同企业在生产经营和技术梯度等方面具有不同的水准,我们对网络基础设施影响制造业出口产品技术含量,不能局限于两者之间的一般性作用机制,而是应在异质性企业理论框架下放眼世界各国的情况来展开研究。本文采用1996—2009年国际贸易标准分类(SITC)三位码分类水平下的跨国数据,运用相关模型测算了36个国家制造业出口产品的技术含量,并在此基础上使用动态面板系统广义矩估计(GMM)两步估计方法,实证分析了网络基础设施与制造业出口产品技术含量升级的关联性。结果显示,网络基础设施在制造业出口产品技术含量升级中具有明显的正向作用,这一分析结论,尤其适合收入水平高的国家或地区。In this paper, the author has illustrated the relationships between the network infrastructure and the technical content of manufacturing exports. In fact, the network infrastructure is a physical capital which can reduce operating costs and enhance the technical content of export products. It has been received the demonstration of associating reality in both theoretical and empirical referring to upgrading technical content of export products. Based on the fact that different enterprises have different standards in terms of production operation and technical gradient, we do the research under the framework of heterogeneity theory of the firm with the case of different countries referring to the network infrastructure impacted on technical content of manufacturing exports instead of being limited to the general mechanism between two parts. The paper estimates the technical content of manufacturing exports in 36 countries by using the 1996--2009 SITC the three yards classification level of multinational data and correlation models. By using two-step estimation methods of dynamic panel system GMM, we analyze empirically the relevance of network infrastructure and technical content of manufacturing exports upgrade. The results show that the network infrastructure has evidently positive impact on the upgrading of technical content of manufacturing exports. This conclusion is highly appropriate for countries or regions with high income levels.
