摘  要:从不同生态环境中筛选、驯化获得两组多生境微生物菌剂用于活性污泥的减量化,采用A2/O工艺活性污泥法进行生活污水的现场中试,设两组相同装置,一组为不加菌剂的对照,对比其污泥减量效果。结果表明:投加MEMA功能菌组较对照组污泥原位减量53.1%,污泥增长速率显著下降。出水COD、NH3-N、TN指标优于对照组,但出水TP略有升高,MEMA功能菌剂的加入可改善污泥结构,提高活性污泥的聚磷能力,可在不影响主要出水指标的条件下实现活性污泥的原位减量化。Two groups of multi-environmental microbial agents which were screened and domesticated from different ecological environments, have been applied to activated sludge decrement. Field pilot tests of domestic sewage treatment are carried out by conventional A2/O activated sludge process. Two groups of identical equipments are established. To one of these equipments, MEMA is not added for contrast. Then,the effects of their sludge in situ decrement are compared. The results show that the sludge increment efficacy of the one in which MEDA was added decreases 53.1% ,and sludge increasing rate decreases significantly. The indexes of effluent COD ,NH3-N and TN are better than the other group,but the effluent TP increases slightly. The adding of MEMA can improve sludge structure and increase the phosphorus accumulating ability of activated sludge. Therefore,the sludge in situ increment could be achieved under the condition of not affecting the main effluent indexes.
