摘　　要：低碳社区是创建低碳城市的必然途径。基于概念研究,构建了涵盖定量和定性指标的评价指标体系,选用多层次综合评价模型进行了实证研究。研究表明,该评价指标体系不仅能够反映低碳社区的本质内核,同时简便易测,评价模型方便实用。结合研究结论提出了未来我国发展低碳社区的工作重点。Low carbon community is the necessary approach in building low carbon city. Based on the concepts, the paper establishes the evaluation index system including quantitative and qualitative indexes, and the comprehensive evaluation model of multi-level is used to make an empirical analysis. The index system not only reflects the essence of low carbon community, but also is brief and easily measured. The evaluation model is convenient and practical. Suggestions for the development of low carbon community are put forward on the basis of the results.
