摘　　要：绿色建筑对推动产业升级、结构调整、经济发展方式转变具有重要作用。绿色建筑资金来源渠道有限,投融资模式单一,影响了绿色建筑的发展。文章探讨了适合不同投资主体的绿色建筑的投融资模式,应用新型项目融资模式为绿色建筑开拓充足稳定的资金来源,使绿色建筑走向良性发展道路。提出了促进绿色建筑发展的政策建议,采用市场机制和政府激励相结合的方式,全面促进绿色建筑的发展。Green building in promoting industrial upgrading, structural adjustment, the transformation of economic development mode play an important role. Green construction funding sources are limited, a single model of investment and financing, affected the development of green building. This paper discusses the green building investment and financing mode for different investment entities, application of new project financing mode for green building to develop adequate and stable funding sources, that green building towards the road of sustainable development. It puts forward to promote the development of green building policy proposal, with the market mechanism and the government incentive combination, promote the development of green buildings.
