摘 要:为解决千米深井高应力大断面巷道掘进速度缓慢及巷道围岩控制难度大的问题,采用地应力测试、数值模拟及现场观测的方法,分别对大断面巷道分阶梯爆破成巷和一次爆破成巷的围岩应力、位移及塑性破坏特征进行了研究,并对2种成巷方式采用同种支护条件下巷道表面位移进行观测。结果表明:一次爆破成巷避免了爆破扰动对巷道围岩多次爆破扰动破坏,巷道围岩变形相对容易控制,且施工工艺较简单,掘进速度可由0.67 m/d提高至2.00~3.00 m/d。In order to solve the slow heading speed of the high stress large cross section roadway and high difficuh surrounding rock control of the roadway in over 1 000 m deep mine, a ground stress measurement, numerical simulation and site observation methods were applied to the study on the stress, displacement and plastic failure features of the mine large cross section roadway with the bench heading and once blasting heading and to the observation on the surface displacement of the mine roadway.The results showed that the once blasting heading roadway could avoid the blasting disturbance to the multi blasting disturbance and failure of the roadway surrounding rock, the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock could be relatively easy controlled and the construction technique would be relative simple.Thus the head- in~ soeed could be improved from 0.67 rn/d to 2. 00~3. O0 m/d.
