摘 要:针对某煤矿主井井架产生严重偏斜,影响提升系统安全的问题,通过工程钻探、静力触探,并与实验室试验相结合的技术手段对偏斜原因进行分析。分析结果表明,该井架偏斜的主要原因是井架斜撑基础地基土的压缩固结引起井架斜撑基础下沉,并受井架自身强度和井架基础等因素的影响。通过对斜撑基础地基土残余变形量的预测及斜撑基础的稳定性分析,提出采用斜撑加长抬高法的纠偏方案,对主井井架进行纠偏加固。According to the serious deflection occurred on the headframe of the mine main shaft in a mine affected to the safety of the mine hoisting system, the engineering drilling exploration and static sounding with the indoor test combined technology were applied to the analy- sis on the deflection causes.The analysis results showed that the main causes of the headframe deflection were the subsidence of the in- clined support base occurred by the compression and consolidation of ground soil in the foundation of the inclined support base for the headframe and the headframe was affected by the self strength of the headframe,headframe base and other factors.With the prediction on the residual deformation value of the ground soil in the foundation of the inclined support base and the analysis on the stability of the in- clined support base, a deviation rectification plan with the longer and level raised method of the inclined support was provided and a devia- tion rectification and reinforcement was conducted on the headframe of the main shaft.
