摘 要:为实现超深立井施工吊盘的安全可靠运行,基于ANSYS的APDL语言对吊盘的梁系进行参数化建模和强度分析,得到了吊盘在工作状态下的应力云图,并采用零阶优化算法对吊盘的结构进行优化。结果表明:当3层吊盘的每层结构、材料均相同时,前2层吊盘的受力状态相近,大部分梁所受应力约55 MPa;第3层吊盘相对于前2层吊盘承受了更大的应力,部分区域受力约300 MPa,接近于梁的屈服强度;对第3层吊盘进行结构优化,有利于使吊盘在满足强度要求的情况下,其制造所需的材料最省。In order to realize a safety and reliable operation of the sinking platform in the ultra deep mine shaft construction,a APDL lan- guage based on ANSYS was applied to the parameter modeling and the strength analysis on the sinking platform.A stress cloud chart of the sinking platform under the working condition was obtained and a zero order optimization algorithm was applied to optimize the structure of the sinking platform.With the analysis ,the following conclusions obtained ,when each floor structure and material of the three floor sinking platform was same, the stress conditions of the first two floor sinking platforms were similar and the stress of the major beams was about 55 MPa.The third floor platform would have higher stress than the above two floor platforms ,the partial area of the third floor platform would have the stress about 300 MPa and would be close to the yield strength of the beam.A structure optimization conducted on the third floor platform would be favorable to make the sinking platform to meet the strength requirement and the material required to the manufacturing would be economic.
