胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠NF-KB、IL-1影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠胰腺组织中NF-κB、IL-1的影响。方法:给予13.3%L-精氨酸在大鼠左下腹腔注射,制备慢性胰腺炎模型;10 d后给予灌胃治,两个月后取材,观察慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠胰腺组织中NF-κB P50、IL-1的表达。结果:模型组NF-κB P50及IL-1的阳性表达明显高于中药对照组及中药治疗组,中药治疗组NF-κB P50及IL-1的阳性表达明显低于中药对照组(P<0.01),有统计学意义。结论:胰泰复方能够有效抑制NF-κB及IL-1的阳性表达,对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化具有明显的治疗作用。Objective：To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Yitai prescription on NF - K B and IL - lfor chronic pancreatitis pancreatic fibrosis rats. Methods ： 13.3% L - arginine was injected into left lower abdominal cavity of rats to establish chronic pancreatitis;after 10 days rats were treated intragastrically, two months after the operation, observation of NF - K B PSO and IL - 1 expressions of chronic pancreatitis pancreatic fibrosis rats. Result ： In the model group, NF - κB PS0 and IL - 1 expressions were significantly higher than that of Chinese medicine control group and Chinese traditional medicine treatment group, NF - κB PS0 and IL - 1 expressions in treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, traditional Chinese medicine treatment group has statistical significance. Conclusion ： Yital prescription can effectively inhibit NF - κB and expression of IL - 1, on pancreas fibrosis of chronic pancreatitis with therapeutic effect.
