摘 要:目的:应用HPLC对不同产地牛蒡子药材炮制前后进行指纹图谱研究。方法:采用Agilent EclipseXDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min,检测波长254 nm。结果:炮制对牛蒡子的HPLC指纹图谱模式有影响:生品共有峰有12个,指认了3个峰,炮制品共有峰有19个,指认了3个峰,本实验建立了牛蒡子药材及其制品的HPLC指纹图谱。结论:各产地牛蒡子药材HPLC色谱图中各成分得到了很好的分离,本实验建立的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法可用于区分牛蒡子药材生品及制品,可作为牛蒡子药材的专属性指纹。Objective: To study the fingerprints of crude and processing Fructus Arctii from different cultivation places. Methods :The HPLC method Was employed by taking Agilent Eclipse XDB - C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm)and methyl cyanides - 0. 1% phosphoric acid/water ( linear gradient) as mobile phase, detection wavelength was set at 254.0 rim. Results:Processing has influnced the HPLC icon of Fructus Arctii. There were twelve peaks owned by all crude samples which can be identified three peaks. There were nineteen peaks owned by all processed samples which can be identified three peaks. This study established the HPLC fingerprints of crude and processing Fructus Arctii. Conclusion :The compo- nents of Fructus Arctii form different cultivation places can be well separated in the HPLC chromatogram. The HPLC fingerprints established in this study can be used for distinguishing crude and processing Fructus Arctii. It can be used as the specificity fingerprint of Fructus Arctii.
