摘 要:目的:优选甘草制吴茱萸的炮制工艺,为规范制吴茱萸的炮制工艺提供依据。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱两种生物碱的总含量为评价指标,考察甘草用量、烘干温度、烘干时间3因素对指标成分的影响,最终确定甘草制吴茱萸的最佳炮制工艺。结果:甘草汁用量对吴茱萸中生物碱的含量有显著影响,甘草汁用量6.5%,烘干温度60℃,烘干时间8 h。结论:本研究为规范甘草制吴茱萸的炮制工艺提供了部分科学依据。Objective: To optimize the preparative technology of Radix Glycyrrhizae processing Fructus Evodiae and provide the basis to standard scientific reference of Radix Glycyrrhizae processing Fruetus Evodiae. Method: The total yields of evodiamine and rutaecarpine were chosen as the evaluating indicators. L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal test design was applied to investigate the influence of dosge of Radix Glycyrrhizae, drying temperature and drying time, ultimately determine the best preparative technology. Result : The dosge of Radix Glycyrrhizae is vital to the content of alkaloids. The study showed that the best preparative technology was as follows:the dosage of Radix Glycyrrhizae was 6.5%, and the drying tempera- ture and time were 60 ℃ and 8 hours. Conclusion : The study provides part scientific supports for processing Fructus Evodiae with Radix Glycyrrhizae.
