摘 要:目的:建立蒙药清咽六味散中甘草酸的含量测定及薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,应用(Diamonsil C18 5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相:甲醇-0.2 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1);检测波长:250 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃;采用薄层色谱法对处方中的丁香、甘草、木香、诃子进行了鉴别。结果:甘草酸在0.506 2~3.543 8μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,甘草酸的平均回收率为100.45%,RSD为0.82%(n=6);薄层色谱鉴别中各味药的特征斑点清晰,专属性强。结论:含量测定方法简便,精密度高,分离度好;薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强,无干扰,可作为该制剂的质控方法。Objective: Establish the Content determination and thin -layer- chromatographic (TLC)identification methods of Glycyrrhizie acid in Mongolian medicine Qing yan liu wei Sail. Methods: Using high - performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ). Application ( Diamonsil C 18 5 μm 4.6 mm × 250 mm) ; Mobile phase : Methanol - 0.2mol/L Ammonium acetate solution- Glacial acetic acid(67:33 : 1 ) ;Detection wavelength :250 nm;Veloeity:1. 0 mL/min; Column temperature:30 ℃ ; Using thin - layer - chromatography identifies Clove, iliquorice, eostus root, and Terminalia chebula in prescription. Results : Glycyrrhizic acid and the peak area has a good linear relationship Within 0. 506 5 - 3. 543 8 μg. The average recovery rate of Glycyrrhizic acid is 100.45% , and RSD is 0.82% ( n = 6). Thin - layer - chromatographic identification characteristic spots of the herbs is clear and strong exclusive. Conclusion: Content determi- nation method is simple, high precision, good separation. The identification method of Thin - layer - chromatographic is strong exclusive, without interference, could serve as the preparation quality control methods.
