摘  要:目的:确定拳参总蒽醌的优化超声提取工艺。方法:采用直接紫外分光光度法测定拳参总蒽醌含量并以总蒽醌提取率为指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比三因素对拳参总蒽醌提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上选取试验因素与水平,采用响应面分析法优化超声提取工艺条件。结果:拳参总蒽醌的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度73%,提取时间30 min,料水比1∶35(W∶V)。在最佳工艺条件下,拳参总蒽醌的实际提取率可达3.03%。结论:该工艺提取率高、操作简便,可为拳参总蒽醌的生产提供参考。Objective : To optimize the extraction process of athraquinones from Polygonum bistorta L.. Methods : On the basis of single factor experiments, a three -level,three -variable Box - Behnken design was used to optimize the extraction parameters (ethanol concentration, extraction time and ratio of solution to raw material) of athraquinones by ultraphon- ic extraction. Result :The optimal extraction condition was as follows : ethanol concentration 73%, extraction time of 30 rain and the ratio of material to water of 1 : 35(W : V). Under those optimal conditions,the actually experimental yield was 3. 306%. Concision:The method in this study was simple,rapid and reliable,which can be useful for the mass production of athraquinones from Polygonum bistorta L..
