摘　　要：目的探讨通信施工人员自我和谐的相关因素。方法对260名通信施工人员采用自我和谐量表进行测评。结果①通信施工人员自我和谐得分偏高;不和谐人数比例较大;②自我和谐总分在年龄、工龄、学历和收入方面差异达显著性(F=3.62,4.81,3.76,9.03;P<0.05)。结论通信施工人员自我和谐水平偏低;年龄、工龄、学历和收入影响自我和谐程度。Objective To analyze the influencing factor of self consistency and congruence of construction workers of communication industry.Methods A total of 260 workers were investigated by SCCS.Results ①The score of SCCS was high;The proportion of no self harmonious workers was large;②The scores of SCCS were different in terms of age,length of service,education and income（F=3.62,4.81,3.76,9.03;P0.05）.Conclusion Workers＇ self consistency and congruence level is low,self consistency and congruence is influenced by age,length of service,education and income.
