摘 要:目的探讨大学生心理控制源、时间管理倾向与成就动机的关系。方法采用内在-外在心理控制源量表(I-E)、青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)和成就动机量表(AMS)对296名大学生进行问卷调查。结果①不同性别大学生心理控制源、时间管理倾向和成就动机得分上无显著性差异;不同年级学生在心理控制源、时间监控观、时间效能感及时间管理总分上有显著性差异(F=2.836,4.685,4.897,3.834;P<0.05);②心理控制源与时间管理监控观、时间效能感有显著的负相关(P<0.01),与成就动机相关不显著;时间管理倾向及其各维度与成就动机有显著的正相关(P<0.01);③高低时间管理组在心理控制源、追求成功和避免失败得分上有显著性差异(t=3.11,-5.95,-5.10,P<0.01);④心理控制源对时间监控观和时间效能感,时间管理倾向各维度对成就动机有显著的预测作用(P<0.01)。结论大学生心理控制源、时间监控观和时间效能感受年级因素的影响,心理控制源得分低则时间管理倾向和成就动机得分高,三者关系密切、相互影响。Objective To explore the relationship between locus of control,time management disposition and achievement motivation among college students.Methods A total of 296 college students were tested by Internal-external Locus of Control Scale(I-E),Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale(ATMD)and Achievement Motivation Scale(AMS).Results ①College students had no significant gender differences on the locus of control,time management disposition and achievement motivation(P0.05),but locus of control,the sense of time control and the sense of time efficacy were significant differences in grade(F=2.836,4.685,4.897,3.834;P0.05);②Locus of control existed a significantly negative correlation with the sense of time control and the sense of time efficacy tendencies(P0.01),but had no correlation with achievement motivation(P0.05);And the various dimension of time management tendencies existed a significantly positive correlation with achievement motivation(P0.01);③There were significant differences in locus of control and achievement motivation between the students who had higher and lower total scores in time management disposition inventory(t=3.11,-5.95,-5.10;P0.01);④Locus of control could predict could predict there were certain forecast funct of time efficacy,wheras time management disposition achievement motivation(P0.01).Conclusion Locus of control,the sense of time control and the sense of time efficacy in college students have significant differences in grade,and the lower score the locus of control gets,the higher score the time management disposition and achievement motivation obtain,and which have significant correlation and mutual effect eachother.
