祖师麻止痛喷雾剂治疗急性软组织挫伤的临床观察及护理研究

摘　　要：目的客观评价祖师麻止痛喷雾剂治疗急性软组织挫伤的有效性、安全性及护理方法。方法采用多中心、随机、双盲、双模拟、阳性药平行对照的研究设计。将120例患者分为2组,治疗组(n=59)采用祖师麻止痛喷雾剂,对照组(n=61)采用五松肿痛酊外用。结果主要评价指标VAS疼痛评分2组治疗前后自身比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组在疼痛开始缓解时间、VAS开始低于3分率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且ITT分析与PP分析的结论一致;次要评价指标中临床总有效率为98.33%;对照组总有效率为90.83%。结论祖师麻止痛喷雾剂是治疗急性软组织挫伤的速效、安全的外用制剂,良好的护理可促进患者恢复,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety and nursing methods of treatment of Zushima Tincture on soft tissue contusion objectively. Methods Applied stratified blocked randomised, Double-blind simulation active drug controlled, multicenter study de- sign. Patients in treatment group were treated by zushima Tincture, Patients in control group were received treatment with wusong zhongtong tincture. Results Main Evaluation Index the self-comparison of VAS pain score has significant difference（P〈0.05）,but there has no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）; The compaI4son of the time pain started to ease and VAS begin to lower 3 score rate efficacy of evaluation on patients in treatment group is better than control group （P〈0.05）,and ITT analysis is consistent with the conclusion of the PP analysis. The minor Evaluation Index Total efficiency in treatment group is 98.31%, and control group is 90.16%. Conclusion Zushima Tincture is quick effective and safe on the treatment of soft tissue contusion. It can improve symptoms of patients, and excellent nursing care can promote patients＇ recovery. It can be widely used in clinic practice.
