摘  要:目的了解我院耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌携带苯唑西林(oxacillin,OXA)基因型的情况,为医院感染监控及流行病学调查提供科学依据。方法采用多重PCR方法,分析2010年4-12月我院住院患者分离的耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌68株的OXA基因型。结果 68株耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌中,7株只携带OXA-51基因(检出率约为10.29%),60株同时携带OXA-51和OXA-23基因(检出率约为88.24%),1株同时携带OXA-51和OXA-58基因(检出率约为1.47%),未扩增到OXA-24基因。结论我院耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌携带OXA基因以OXA-51+OXA-23基因型为主,实验室应加强对产酶菌株的监测。Objective To provide the scientific evidence for the control of hospital infection with imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and its epidemiological survey by investigating the prevalence of its OXA genotypes in our hospital.Methods The OXA genetypes of 68 imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains isolated in our hospital from April 2010 to December 2010 were analyzed by multiplex PCR.Results Of the 68 isolated imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains,7 were OXA51 positive gene with a detection rate of 10.29%,60 were OXA-51 and OXA-23 positive gene with a detection rate of 88.24%,and 1 was OXA-51 and OXA-58 positive gene with a detection rate of 1.47%.No OXA-24 gene was detected.Conclusion OXA51+OXA-23 genotype is the popular OXA genetype of imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in our hospital,indicating that it is the most important mechanism underlying the resistance of imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii to carbapenemases in our hospital,and laboratory should strengthen its monitoring of enzyme-producing strains.
