摘　　要：目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端外翻嵌插型骨折的临床效果。方法 2009年1月-2011年1月入院的〉60岁的老年肱骨近端外翻嵌插型骨折患者13例,均为新鲜骨折,使用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗,应用美国肩肘外科医师评估表（American shoulder and elbow surgeon,ASES）对术后肩关节功能进行评估。结果 13例平均随访12.5（12~15）个月。肩关节活动范围平均为前屈上举（124.6±14.5）°,外旋（40.8±7.6）°,内旋平均达到T11（T9~L2）。ASES评估平均为（78.6±8.2）分。最后一次随访时,均无肱骨头坏死。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗〉60岁老年肱骨近端外翻嵌插型骨折临床治疗效果良好。Objective To study the clinical outcomes of valgus impacted proximal humeral fracture in the elderly after locking proximal humeral plate（LPHP）.Methods Thirteen over 60 years old patients with fresh valgus impacted proximal humeral fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were treated with LPHP.The function of their should joints was assessed after operation according to the American shoulder and elbow surgeon（ASES） scale.Results The patients were followed up for 12-15 months（mean 12.5 months）.Their forward flexion,external rotation,and average internal rotation were（124.6±14.5）°,（40.8±7.6）°,and T11（T9-L2）,respectively.Their average score on the ASES scale was 78.6±8.2.Conclusion LPHP can achieve good clinical outcomes in over 60 years old patients with valgus impacted proximal humeral fracture
