山羊胚胎胃肠道细菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：对不同妊娠日龄的山羊胚胎胃肠道细菌进行分离、纯化和培养,得到10个细菌菌株,通过细菌培养特性、显微镜检、生化试验和16S rDNA基因序列测定及同源性分析。结果表明：10个细菌菌株的平均数量为（0.8~1.0）×10^2cfu/g,且分别属于葡萄球菌属（Staphylococcus）、肠杆菌属（Enterobactersp.）、芽孢菌属（Bacillus）和明串珠菌属（Leuconostoc）4个菌属。The intestinal bacteria isolated from goat embtyos of different days were identified by bacterial cultivation,microscopy,biochemical test,sequencing of 16s rDNA and homology analisis.The results showed that these bacteria mainly belonged to Staphylococcus spp.,Enterobacter spp.,Bacillus spp.and Leuconostoc,and the number was approximately（0.8~1.0）×102 cfu/g.
