摘  要:与高炉风口喷吹热风不同,Corex气化炉使用常温氧气,与全氧高炉风口区更为相近。鉴于两种炼铁工艺风口区域喷吹气体温度和组分的不同,以及其在冶炼过程中重要的作用,简要对比分析了气化炉与高炉在风口区理论燃烧温度、鼓风动能、回旋区大小和炉腹煤气量及成分等重要指标的差异,以便深入认识这两种炼铁工艺的区别。The normal temperature oxygen is used for Corex melter gasifier. That is different from BF using hot blast and similar to oxygen blast fumace. In view of the gas temperature and composition differences for the two iron-making process, as well as its essentiality in the smelting process, the indexes of theoretical flame temperature, blast kinetic energy, raceway size, bosh gas quantity and gas composition have been compared and analyzed, therefore the differences between these two ironmaking process can be understood better.
